Freya is a foul-mouthed science fiction and fantasy author who always wanted to see more queer heroes in those genres, so she decided to do it herself. She's a big ol' nerd who wants to write for the enjoyment of other big ol' nerds.

As an author, she has been primarily influenced by the likes of Jim Butcher, Scott Lynch, Margaret Weis, Tracy Hickman, Dennis Taylor, Jonathan L Howard, and Douglas Adams.
